Cats and dogs have the unique ability to reproduce several times a year. They can go into heat as early as 5 months of age, sometimes earlier, and they can have litters several times a year! That is why there are so many homeless animals.

You can help us end the pet overpopulation crisis by

• Desexing your pet!
  Work with NDN and together we can make a difference. Simply contact us and you will be mailed a referral slip/certificate to redeem the low desexing rate at a veterinarian in your area
  who is a participant in our network.

• Asking your vet to join the National Desexing Network
  The more veterinarians become part of the Network, the more pets we can desex!

• Spreading the word!
  Educate others about the advantages of desexing their pet(s). Download the following A4 flyers and pass them on to others!
